Ken McLellan - A sense of belonging

Though fortune takes me and a wandere makes me,
To countries so far and tradition so strange
Here in my heart there  only ever be one land
There's nothing about you that id ever change

Scotland, you'll always be with me
Well never say goobye
I'll always be yours, you'll walways be mine
Until the day that I die
The majesty of your sleep mountins instils
A sens of belonging though I'm far away
The green luscious valleys, the high heather hills
What you've given to me I could never repay

If fate decrees that I won't be returning
You'll bare the root of my family free
There will still be a flicker of my life light burning
And in your sfe keeping forever I'll be
