Ken McLellan - If I Ever Forget

It's that feeling again, the once called quilt
Been thinking about the past and all the blood spilt
The faces of the fallen, the countless lost souls
The forgotten aims, the forgotten goals

Sometimes I feel myself drifting away
Asking myself: "is it worth all of this pain"
But the answers always yes; "we got to push one"
And it all comes to me in the words of this song

If I ever forget, remind me!
yeah tell me again, make me realise
If I ever regret, you blind me
With  the tears from your eyes

Well I don't know anything else, this has been my life
Been through so much heartache and so much strile
And every time it's alwys the same in my  eyes
Cos we are lighting each other, a little more of me dies
